These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lyora online store and your purchase of products from Lyora Jewelry LLC (“Lyora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Online Store Use

You must be the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. You may not use the website or our products for unlawful or unauthorized purposes, interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, or violate applicable laws.

2. Product Information

We work to present product descriptions, colors, dimensions, materials, and images accurately. Displays and photography can affect how colors and scale appear. Minor variations may occur. Product care, sizing, and material information shown on an individual product page form part of the description of that item.

3. Availability, Orders, and Pricing

Products and quantities are subject to availability. We may limit, reject, or cancel an order when necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or unauthorized resale. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees are calculated or disclosed during checkout when possible. We may correct errors and update prices or product information without prior notice.

4. Payment and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payment processing is provided by Shopify and other payment providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy practices.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Orders are governed by our Shipping & Returns page and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk related to carrier delays or events beyond our reasonable control will be handled as permitted by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Lyora name, logos, photographs, graphics, product presentation, text, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Lyora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit website content without written permission.

7. Reviews, Messages, and User Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful, and respectful. You grant Lyora a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and display that content for operating and promoting the store. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Third-Party Tools and Links

The website may include third-party services or links. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own discretion and may be subject to separate terms.
